Four ways people buy through us
Each of these exists for a different reason. Which one fits depends on your timeline, your finances and the property itself — and that is exactly what we will work through with you.
Rent-to-own
Live in the home as a renter under an agreement that also gives you a path to purchase it later. Useful when you want to move now while continuing to prepare for a purchase. Terms are set out in the agreement and explained before anything is signed.
Land contracts
You make payments directly to the seller over an agreed period rather than obtaining lender financing at the outset. How and when title transfers is defined within the contract, and we review those terms with you in detail.
Owner financing
The seller provides the financing instead of a conventional lender, with payments made on terms agreed between buyer and seller. One of several options for buyers who need flexibility in how a purchase is structured.
Traditional purchase
If a conventional purchase is the right fit, that is the route we will point you toward. The goal is the option that serves you best — not the one that fits a particular product.
